HIPE®ADD SP318C
It is an efficient internal release agent for the production of particle boards and fiber boards.
It is now possible to obtain a perfect distribution of the glue into the wood fibers thanks to the improved wettability of fibers and chips.
Produces an excellent release of the board from press plates or metal belts and prohibits sticking of the glued wood particles on metal parts thereby minimizing cleaning operations.
HIPE®ADD SP318C confer smooth and blister free surfaces avoid glue spot and so helps in reducing the glue consumption due to better distribution of glue.

HIPE®ADD IR400
This efficient internal release agent is designed for the production of particle boards and fiber boards.
It allows a perfect distribution of the glue into the wood fibers, improves wettability of fibers and chips and has strong release effect minimizing cleaning operations. 
The HIPE®ADD IR400 formula is extremely low foam and can be mixed without any problem with glue also prior to use or to send to final customer without affecting in any way its characteristics, reactivity, stability or performances.
